Step 1 - Initial System Assessment - @Home WorkBooth 2.0
Welcome to the @Home Initial System Assessment, your first step on becoming a @Home Agent!

Before you begin, if you have worked for TeleTech before, you should consider running the WorkBooth Uninstaller. This will ensure your system doesn't have any outdated software.

Please click on 'Download' to install and launch the System Assessment program.

This program will scan your PC and determine if it meets the minimum specifications for use with WorkBooth.

After you click on the 'Download' button, be sure to click 'Yes' when the program asks you if it is ok to download it. When you are asked to login please use the same first name, last name, and email that you used on your application. Your email address is case sensitive for the login process.

Once you have run the System Assessment application you can close this window and continue the job application process.
